LG Proactive Customer Care - creative direction/art direction/co-writer 

When the client approached us about a service that was ALREADY included with most of the LG products, they asked how do we let the customer know? We saw this as an opportunity to add cleverness with use of a funny talent to raise customer awareness through video and social content. It was a hit.

Communicator Awards 2021: Gold 
W3 Awards 2021: Silver

We even created a couple of 6 sec teasers to engage the customers quickly on other media channels. Customers would receive an email prompting them to register or would be given social posts to remind them of the service they have available to them.
